Scalp Collectors Group (SCG) is a Dutch tactical clothing brand built by and for military personnel, veterans, and those who understand what it costs to operate in the field. We are not a streetwear brand borrowing aesthetics. This is the real thing — and you'll know it the moment you see it.

Every drop is a limited release. Never restocked. Never discounted. You either move when the window opens, or you don't get one.

Each SCG drop is a one-time release. Once the drop window closes, those units are gone — permanently. There are no pre-orders, no waitlists, and no second chances.

Drops are announced via email, Instagram (@scalpcollectors), and TikTok (@scalpcollectors). The window typically stays open for 72 hours, or until units sell out — whichever comes first. If you miss it, you missed it. That's not a warning. That's the design.

All orders are produced on demand via Printful. Production takes 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. After that:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
• North America: 3–5 business days
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Total delivery time from order to door: typically 5–12 business days within Europe.

Because every SCG product is manufactured specifically for you after you place your order (print-on-demand via Printful), standard return rights do not apply. This is covered under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes made-to-order goods from the right of withdrawal.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour appearing different on screen.

Exception: if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will always make it right. Email us at scalpcollectorgroup@proton.me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. No return shipment required in most cases.

Every product page includes a size chart. Our garments are generally true-to-size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — oversized fits the tactical aesthetic better anyway.

Because exchanges are not possible on print-on-demand items, measure twice before you order. The size chart is there for a reason. Use it.

We accept all major payment methods through our secure Shopify checkout:

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments and are fully encrypted (PCI DSS compliant). We never see or store your full card details.

We don't announce drop dates in advance. That's not gatekeeping — that's how this works. Every drop is a unique release with its own timeline, and we announce when it's ready, not before.

The only way to get first notice is to sign up for drop notifications on this site. When Drop 02 is locked and ready, subscribers get the call first. Everyone else finds out when it's already moving.

We do not sell your data. We do not spam. You will receive an email when a drop is live, and that's it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
