All orders are produced and shipped via Printful. Production starts after payment is confirmed.

Production time

Every SCG product is produced on demand. After your order is confirmed:

  • Standard production time: 2–5 business days
  • During high demand at drop launch, production time may extend to 7 business days
  • Production takes place at Printful facilities in Europe or the US, depending on availability and your location

Shipping times

After production, your order will be shipped. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website indicated in that email.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight, and the dimensions of your order. The exact cost is visible in your cart before final payment.

Customs and import duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are entirely the responsibility of the recipient. Scalp Collectors Group has no control over this and cannot state the amount in advance.

For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply as a general rule.

Missing or damaged orders

Did your order arrive damaged, or have you not received it while the tracking indicates it was delivered? Contact us immediately at scalpcollectorgroup@proton.me with your order number. We will resolve this together with Printful.

Drop 01 — Shipping

Drop 01 launches: 31 May 2026. Orders placed on launch day are processed in sequence. Expect a production time of 3–7 business days due to elevated demand at launch.
