No returns on print-on-demand products

Because every SCG product is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed (print-on-demand via Printful), the standard right of withdrawal does not apply.

Legal basis: Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in the Netherlands via Section 6:230p(f)(3) of the Dutch Civil Code. This article excludes the right of withdrawal for products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have a clearly personal character.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected (always check the size chart before ordering)
• Colour appearing different than expected on screen
• Order placed by mistake

When do we accept a claim?

We are legally obligated to deliver products that conform to the purchase contract (Section 7:17 Dutch Civil Code). We will always resolve a claim in the following cases:

• Defective product: tear, manufacturing fault, poor print quality, loose seam
• Wrong product received: different product or size than ordered
• Damaged on arrival: damage caused during transit

In these cases we offer a free replacement or a full refund.

How to submit a claim

1. Send an email to scalpcollectorgroup@proton.me with the subject line: "Claim — [order number]"

2. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or incorrect product
• A brief description of the issue

3. Submit your claim within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution. In most cases you do not need to return the product — Printful allows us to reprint based on photographic evidence.

Order cancellations

Orders are typically forwarded to Printful for production immediately. Cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. Contact us immediately at scalpcollectorgroup@proton.me if you wish to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after order confirmation.

Drop products: no restock, no exchange

SCG drop items are never reissued. This makes exchanging for a different drop or an earlier item impossible by definition. Make sure you select the correct size before ordering.
